Had an issue but Jeff reached out via phone and email to ensure our concerns are addressed. He explained things in detial and offered a more then satisfactory resolution I feel our original exchange was filtered with miscommunication but we are 110% happy with Jeff response and customer service ...trust him..we do and will consider them for our Gero thermal replacement
Edington's Heating and Cooling, Inc. Has repaired and installed new furnace and air units for me the past eight years. Their technicians are knowledgeable, respectful and always on time.
