One of the worst buildings I've ever lived in. Noisy neighbours, stinky neighbours, run down noisy furnaces that wake you up all night. Garbage bin areas overflowing. No snow removal from parking lot. I get almost no sleep here. I hate it. Freezing cold frozen floors from non insulated floors over dirt crawlspace. No privacy. No firewalls between suites. I had been living here for almost three years, and my experience was excellent. My neighbours were friendly, helpful and it was really pleasant to be around them. The neighbourhoods were peaceful, quiet. There were a lot of parks near my apartment that I would usually go to do exercises every day when I still lived there. The new manager was really helpful since whenever there were any issues with my apartment and all of them was because of its age, he would fix all of them with a polite and positive manner. I lived in this complex for over 8 years. Started out as a very nice, well maintained apt complex. The last three years, Property manager changed hands and the standard completely bottomed out. Sidewalks rarely if ever shovelled, noisy neighbors, repairs and upkeep of property badly neglected. Don't waste your money renting here.
