One of the worst buildings I've ever lived in. Noisy neighbours, stinky neighbours, run down noisy furnaces that wake you up all night. Garbage bin areas overflowing. No snow removal from parking lot. I get almost no sleep here. I hate it. Freezing cold frozen floors from non insulated floors over dirt crawlspace. Furnace air intake tube sucks radon gas from crawl space and blows it into your suite! No privacy. No firewalls between suites. Giant dogs living on site. The list goes on and on. It's a real dump. The maintenance people, left my door unlocked twice, both when they first entered my home on the 15th, and when they finished the work on the fixture. The fixture which Had shot sparks everywhere when it was turned on took 4 days to replace.

Very unorganized management. We booked a viewing for Sunday. I got two confirmation texts and I called Saturday to confirm the viewing just to be sure. I was told on the phone that our viewing was good to go. So we drove 2 hours for the viewing and no one from the company showed up. When I called the company to ask where the person was that was supposed to give us a tour they said it was their day off. I told them I had drove 2 hours because I had confirmed on the phone yesterday. They said they would see what they could do ... read more
