I've always had a good experience with the doctor and the eye exams, but very dissatisfied with my glasses purchases here. My family has purchased probably a half a dozen pairs of glasses here just within the last year. The knowledgeability of the staff widely varies and I quite often get conflicting information. Shelby made and saved my day this morning!I'm really grateful to you and clinic. She did repair for two of broken frame glasses within 30 mins or less. On top, they didn't charge for minor repair, instead an option to donate to the charity they support. 2nd instance yesterday, my mom had her vision check here last month but her prescription had quite a change so the new glasses gave her quite a headache so we thought there might be a some mistake either in the prescription glasses or in the prescription. Saw Dr. Timpano paid for a full comprehensive eye exam. I was not even there 30 mins paid around $180, I needed my eyes dilated and did not do it.
