Very professional
Saw Dr. Timpano paid for a full comprehensive eye exam. I was not even there 30 mins paid around $180, I needed my eyes dilated and did not do it.
Doctors are great but never never order your eyeglasses here. They cut my lenses wrong, accepted the situation but asked for $100 anyways. I paid enormous money for the lenses already and now I have to order somewhere else.
I needed new frames, and Edinburgh was great in helping me find the correct frames and ordering them in for me. You might be able to order cheaper online, but you’re rolling the dice - here they have a coordinated team that can help you get things exactly right. I felt the cost was reasonable for the excellent service they provide. I’ve been going to Dr. Furfaro for years now, and she’s very thorough and helpful when I needed referral for eye surgery. Highly recommend.
Very good staffs, opticians, and Doctors. I am very particular with glasses, and I genuinely like my glasses (frame/lens choices, measurement, price, and prescription).
