ZERO RATING really-WORST customer service, totally incompetent! After scheduling and CONFIRMING two appointments for my husband and myself, we arrived to be told his appointment had been canceled by the receptionist...AFTER he'd confirmed it the day before! They will also hound you relentlessly with calls and text messages...eventhough THEY FAILED to email you the forms to complete in advance!
