Everyone was very polite and greeting! They got me in and out of there quickly. They Provided me with all the info I needed and were very understanding.
We had to bring a family member to the ER, and it was honestly a really stressful night. Things felt chaotic , and we didn’t know what was going on. Dr. McIntyre was the attending, and he was exactly what we needed in that moment. Such a nice doctor. He was calm, clear, and just… KIND. Came to er , and waited to see the doctor, the nurse came to get some blood work and x-rays but doctor never came to see me or talk to me , I told the nurse how long is it going to take to see the doctor and he said when we get the results then the doctor will come to see you, I told them I was short of breath and they just didn't care, I just told them I am leaving and i am not going to see the doctor and I need a receipt that I was not seeing by the doctor and the receptionist told me that I can dispute it with the insuran... read more
