BEATRICE IS SUPER RUDE ! has no customer service at all gives attitude doesnt let you talk when i asked who i was speaking to she was like ughhhhhh oh my god not only did she make me go through the whole process of my application after being on the waiting list for months right when i was approved she told me oh you no longer eligible and will be dropped do to an old arrest.
