Very impressed with my experience here. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. I appreciated that I was never rushed — there was always time for questions and I felt very empowered as a patient. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and my surgeon Dr. Gaertner took the best care of me. Easily one of the most positive medical experiences of my life.🩹
Unprofessional. They tell you to arrive on time meanwhile when you get there you end up in the waiting room for 45 minutes before you go back do your procedure. They have zero respect for your time. If you do end up having this group for your surgery arrive 45 minutes after when you are suppose to arrive.
Absolute lack of respect for people’s time. Cancel appointments if you are running so far behind (3+hours behind). Instead, patients are waiting in pre-op for hours without the ability to cancel. This was a very common theme among others in the waiting room. One woman said, never come here early, appointments are always behind.
