I accompanied my wife for colonoscopy in this facility. We were checked in the room at about 9.30 am but she was not taken in until 11 am, about an hour delay without any communication with us. The individual who accompanied my wife for the rest room disappeared and she had to find her way back. This is negligence when the patient is already feeling weak due to the prep before colonoscopy and stressed.
