Love Dr Johnston
Perhaps the work week is not the best time to update/ start and entirely new system. All tech businesses know updates should happen on the weekend and training also should be done beforehand. Tired of medical systems/professional areas touting the importance of the doctors' time but not making logical, common sense decisions like updating not in the middle of the week or training on a system ahead of time. Otherwise they are fine.
Very busy office; good, clear care. There was a longish wait, but once seen very efficient, everything explained and care completed with good explanations. Front staff busy with system change but still friendly and helpful.
Just returned from my first appointment. Dr Johnston was fantastic. I've read lots of complaints about the office staff but they were great. No waiting. In and out in about 45 minutes.
