they hounded me by phone,email,mail to refinance my house. so I relented and said ok after a month it's still not done. everyday they ask for some other piece of paperwork. then if you try to call them and ask a question they are on vacation , at a managers retreat, etc. I went to their office and still could not get anyone to help me. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
