Tim answered his phone on a Sunday when he was working Jesse James Days. That sold us. Within 24 hours of listing the property we wished to sell in Northfield, Tim had a showing and a buyer. Something that could have been a major headache to us went very smoothly thanks to a good God and a capable realtor. Tim is high energy and a go getter. I’ve used Tim as my realtor for buying a house in Northfield, selling that house for a job transfer, then moving back and buying another house. Extremely knowledgeable about Northfield as a whole. Knows the ins and outs of all the neighborhoods. Gives a nice tour of the area. Very helpful in all the house buying process and knows all the people you’ll deal with for every step of the way from banking to the title to the handymen you need after you buy the house.
