Very friendly staff with the biggest name in the country, Edina is a company not a franchise, so when you visit Edina here and buy a house in another town they will have agents that can connect and make deals happen faster and less stressful process to get you into your new home.
First home buying experience was a mess, edina had false records of the agreements to be done by the seller. Seller sent over the papers saying they had the water heater, electric, and furnace serviced. None of which was actually ever done that was very clear when I moved in. Realtor at edina was no help in making things right, and had no contact info for the seller. Don’t buy a house from Edina.
useless. beyond useless. realtor bailed and moved to hawaii so we dealt with radio silence. house in rancid condition when we moved in but we gave it a pass and then found two foot tall piles of feces in the yard. Moved in June and just NOW, October 12, 2022, lot lines are in dispute. people trespassing. lawsuits underway. Not alone, talked to neighbors, going to get ugly.
