I had a fantastic experience with Edina Realty, particularly with Carrie Ann's group, during the sale of my aunt's house. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their guidance on staging the home was invaluable, helping to create an appealing atmosphere for both me as the seller and the buyers. Although it was emotional to sell a cherished piece of my history, I knew it was the right decision at the right time. I highly recommend their services!

Their new APP is TERRIBLE. Glitchy and fails to load properties accurately based on filters. I am sure their realtors are feeling the lack of business. We use to rely on Edina Realty for all of our property searches. This is no longer the case. TAKE THE APP OFFLINE - horrid!

A realtor by the name of Steve Dieringer. was recommended to me by a colleague who previously interacted with this person. TL;DR STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN from this office period. In 2012 S.D. helped me buy my first home. At the time he made the comment to my face that the price of my home was beneath him, but was only doing it since I came recommended.
