Never again will I work with Edina Realty Hastings because one of their agents was a poor communicator and was not trustworthy.
Went to purchase a piece of property through Pamela Collins for full asking price, I had the funds ready to go and had earnest money sent by the date when they wanted it and they called last night and sold it to someone else after we already had an agreement. Very rude and unprofessional. I definately will not be using them in the future. Please save your troubles and find yourself a good real estate team!
Christy Hill and the Lundby Hill team were the best realtors that I could have asked for. As a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions about the home buying process. Christy answered all my questions and brought up things I didn't even consider. She helped me find a house that I loved in one of the worst real estate markets in decades. My parents bought and sold a house from her mom when they lived in Hastings, and I would recommend the Lundby Hill team to any home buyers or sellers in the area.
