I appreciated the care and precision they showed during my roof replacement, it really made a difference. Everything was done carefully and the results look solid and well done.
Doesn’t show up for scheduled appointments, does not return phone calls or texts, office assistant who answers the phone, when you can get an answer, is very rude. Others I know have had the same experience with lack of response and terrible customer service.
Our family recently replaced the roof on my mother's house - I got 6 quotes and Eddie gave us the most competitive quote, in addition to great reviews from neighbors. office communication was excellent throughout the process - Laura is wonderful!- and the crew were fast, efficient, tidy and friendly. The job passed the city inspection with no issues. I highly recommend this company!
