Emmanual is the guy who talked to us when we got hail storm and got damaged roof. He was nice talking to a person meaning his customer service was good and did his job okay. He did his job and changed a roof, however after a month we got heavy rain and heard a water dripping inside my roof, checked on the attic and found out that the water was leaking inside the attic and outside the house as well, water was all over outside from gutter as well. Recently we had our roof replaced by Edifice Contractors. We had three estimates and found Edifice to be the best in between all of them. They also have crews that are doing this day in and day out and are accustomed to the labor. So far I don't foresee any issues. The quality of the work was great and the drip edge matched our paint very well. Emmanuel did all he could to make sure that everything went smooth from beginning to end. I had my roof replaced with Edifice Contractors. The workers did an awesome job. I also had a house I sold done by Edifice. They were prompted, great job and reasonable. I am a happy customer with happy roofs!
