Worst experience I've ever had with an agent and this is the 3rd house I've purchased. Their advice is horrible, they go behind your back and request things you didn't ask for, I missed my closing date because they didn't communicate the correct closing date with my lender and they were no help after I moved into my new house and found out the previous owners took things that were wired into the the wall and bolted into the ground after the inspection and appraisal was completed.
