I was afraid I was going to be the only one. Order was not delivered, and no call made to let me know. I called the number listed in the email and there was no answer. I really wish I would have looked up their reviews prior to placing an order with this store. I did that Valentine's Day is the busiest day of the year for you all, but a call or even an email letting me know that it wasn't going to be done would have made all the difference in the world in terms of whether or not I would do business at this location again. So my wife doesn't like flowers, but these fruit arrangements she loves, so for Valentine's Day I decided I would go this route (placed my order on 1/24/2017 to be delivered today (Valentine's Day) well here it is past 5 and she never got it, tried calling store and sat on hold for 2 hours, called the call center and was no help. Be careful about this place, they don't mind taking your money but good luck getting your order delivered. Ordered a valentines gift one day in advance and it never showed up! No phone calls from anyone and business phone was off. Could not get ahold of anybody! Terrible business practices! Do not do business here!
Horrible experience. Ordered valentines basket for he wife and they never showed up nor called me. Have been trying for hours to get a person on the phone and it has been of the hook all day. Do not do business here. �
They closed 30 min early so I was unable to pick up my order. When I arrived the next day they didn't even have my order ready.. I had to wait 20 min for them to make it. Very frustrating. They did not care to apologize. I would recommend others to save their money and go buy fruit and decorate it themselves. They will be much more satisfied.

I am not impressed with this store. My kids received an arrangement from this store and although it was very pretty, the fruit was not ripe, hard and sour. I could get way better fruit from the grocery store down the street and I am sure it was an expensive gift from their grandparents. When I called to let the store know this, stated they could bring me fruit salad IF I wanted. NO.. I DON'T WANT FRUIT SALAD.
