My daughter purchase a dozen strawberries for my birthday and they appear to be old and over-ripened. I called today and the manager Ilya was very rude he completely over talked me and was very combative. He refused to even allow me to speak to a different manager. He refused to give me a his managers name. I called other locations and they communicated that several customers complain about him and the products out this location.
