Impressive gift, but they don't have their act together – we received a fruit arrangement as a gift. It was spectacular, tasted good, and came with a chocolate tub that you could dip strawberries in. We were so impressed we ordered an arrangement for mother's day. It didn't get delivered, and when I called the West Portal store they were very apologetic as they had a massive computer crash before mother's day. The guy offered to fully refund the cost ($80); and to deliver the same arrangement for free as an apology. Nice tho... read more
