I ordered an arrangement for a anniversary this month. I've ordered from this location before and was very satisfied (about a year ago). To my surprise, the arrangement was not as pretty as the picture was on line also was un happy with the size of berries and over all appearances... I called and spoke to Victor, who was very understanding... very accommodating and took the time to listen to my complaints. To fix this, victor offered two options.. send a brand new arrangement or a box of chocolate dipped berries.. the second... read more
