This was my first time ordering from Edible Arrangements and unfortunately my last. I placed an order on February 4, 2020 for a Valentine's gift to my mom. Even with 10 days in advance this store failed to deliver what I purchased. Very quick to charge my card $130 yet the order status still shows order received by store. My question is they must not have even prepared the order. I am very disappointed after hearing such great things about this company. I will always call the Mason Rd location for all my edible arrangements!!! They were so wonderful to me!!! My sister loved her chocolate covered strawberries!!! Staff was very nice !!
The personal attention & care they took with my order ~ and of course the freshness & presentation were sublime. Will definitely order again!

RecommendedI live in a city 4 hours away from where my order was delivered at. This Edible Arrangement boxes I order helped a lot for my family. Not just because the holidays but a family member was in an auto accident after Thanksgiving, so the fruit boxes helped my younger & older family members. Just alittle bit of chocolate with fruit helped a little bit. Thank you Edible arrangement any where I've order & received myself has been fresh fruit taste great & always beautiful as well.
I bought a large hello kitty fruit flower bouquet for my mother yesterday and they delivered the wrong size. the next morning they called my mother and apologized. they delivered a 2nd one, the large size, within a few hours, plus a balloon attached. my mother is extremely happy. it was super cute! thank you for making her day!
worse customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order and only wasted my time. They (Victor) called me an hour later to let me know that my order was Not going to be deliver, my only other option was to pick it up (I'm 3.5 hours away) I been trying to call costumer service and it keeps sending me back to the store in Katy, at the store the same employee keeps telling me the same thing and he said his manager won't be in for a week. I have always wanted to order an Edible Arrangements item and I am glad I did. I ordered a boxed dipped fruit item for friends and picked it up at the South Mason location. The employee was pleasant, virtually no wait time and the boxed item was so pretty. I will definitely order again.
