My husband order from edible arrangements 2 times and both times they assured him that his order would be delivered in time. The first time it was delivered a day late and the second time it was delivered 2 hours late. When we called the first time they refused a refund, store credit, or anything else to make up for it. He gave them another chance this Valentine’s Day and again they delivered after the time he payed for... unfortunately we will not be using them or recommending them to anyone.

So a friend of my moms sent a basket of fruit for my fathers passing. When we received the box of fruit it was old and bruised (packed by Holly when we called she was completely surprised that the fruit was bad since she packed it herself) and disgusting we called and email customer service they offered to send another basket of fruit. Horrible customer service I placed an order to be delivered yesterday and as of today my client still does not have the order when I called to speak to someone on the young lady put me on hold for 15 minutes then came back and said she would call me back in five minutes when I called her back she then stated that I said she was incompetent which never came out of my mouth and then hung up on me horrible business would never do business with this location ever again. Recommendedhad a problem with the 1st b'day delivery and made a complaint about the quality of the item. the store made a 2nd delivery, no additional charge, and that delivery was up to standards. thanks for making it right.
Went to Edible Arrangements in Pinellas Park on March 16th, and had the WORST customer service ever. Was trying to get a box of chocolate covered strawberries for my mothers birthday, so the woman at the front told me she would go to the back and see what they had available. We waited at the front for a long time, while the 3 women talked amongst themselves in the back of the store. They were loudly cursing while talking to each other, and clearly forgot all about us. wasnt delivered on time and the Delivery was horrible, had to walk out and get it because the driver called and said she "couldnt do it all herself" it was a box of cookies and a balloon. but also called the person who the gift was for (which was a birthday surprise) and ruined it by telling him to come out and get it. very disappointed. do not reccomend
I put an order in for some Valentine’s Day balloons and chocolate covered fruit to be delivered to my fiancé on FEB 12, 2020 and they delivered it today, JANUARY 22, 2020. My fiancé sent me a picture of the order and it clearly states “deliver 2/12.” Then I called the store to speak with someone about this and have been holding for 40 minutes without any human contact. Do not order from this company. They have terrible customer service and clearly can’t read directions.
To improve, Edible Arrangements could start by delivering the products I ordered. Horrible customer service that also hung up the phone in the middle of our conversation. Please do not waste your time or money, you will be let down.
I had an amazing 1st time experience from speaking to the wonderful woman at store 484 in Pinellas Park who took my order an communicated with the delivery everything was great. The arrangement was beautiful. I was able to communicate with an employee that works with my daughter. She was able to video her receiving her edible Arrangement PRICELESS!
