Pathetic and typical Black woman! I placed an order at 9:17 a.m. and paid $10 for same day delivery and an additional $5.99 for one hour delivery, which states one hour from the time-stamp on the email confirmation. At 10:33 a.m. I contacted the location at 1923 Peachtree Road and spoke with this very rude Black woman (yes I am Black and 63 yrs old). I requested a refund on the one hour delivery charge and she FLAT OUT said "well HON, I am not refunding the fee and we have no control over the driver"...but you charged $5.99 ... read more

I do not recommend the buckhead location in Atlanta Ga. If I could give it a zero / 1/4 if a star I would, unfortunately, you have to press something in order to make this review.I don't want anyone to suffer what I have suffered. My sister ordered me a expensive fruit arrangement platter for my Birthday in February. A significant amount of the fruit was bad, or no flavor the grapes were not normal size. Very disappointing. The customer service guy was very patient and attentive to my concerns. He was willing to wait for me to pick up my order even after closing hours. That meant a lot to me.The recipient of the item I purchased was very pleased with their edible gift. Thank you Edible Arrangements for making my order a smooth process ♥️🙂🙏
Ordered online for valentine's day delivery to my daughter and college roommate. Order said being crafted. They never received it. I left messages and emailed and never got a response. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and disputed it to get a refund. Would not recommend.
