I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Edible Arrangements. I never received my order, and when I contacted the store for help, the staff was very rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or provide any helpful information, I was met with poor customer service and no real solution. Pathetic and typical Black woman! I placed an order at 9:17 a.m. and paid $10 for same day delivery and an additional $5.99 for one hour delivery, which states one hour from the time-stamp on the email confirmation. At 10:33 a.m. I contacted the location at 1923 Peachtree Road and spoke with this very rude Black woman (yes I am Black and 63 yrs old). I requested a refund on the one hour delivery charge and she FLAT OUT said "well HON, I am not refunding the fee and we have no control over the driver"...but you charged $5.99 ... read more

I do not recommend the buckhead location in Atlanta Ga. If I could give it a zero / 1/4 if a star I would, unfortunately, you have to press something in order to make this review.I don't want anyone to suffer what I have suffered. My sister ordered me a expensive fruit arrangement platter for my Birthday in February. A significant amount of the fruit was bad, or no flavor the grapes were not normal size. Very disappointing.
