I do not recommend the buckhead location in Atlanta Ga. If I could give it a zero / 1/4 if a star I would, unfortunately, you have to press something in order to make this review.I don't want anyone to suffer what I have suffered. The customer service guy was very patient and attentive to my concerns. He was willing to wait for me to pick up my order even after closing hours. That meant a lot to me.The recipient of the item I purchased was very pleased with their edible gift. Thank you Edible Arrangements for making my order a smooth process ♥️🙂🙏
Ordered online for valentine's day delivery to my daughter and college roommate. Order said being crafted. They never received it. I left messages and emailed and never got a response. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and disputed it to get a refund. Would not recommend.
This store is absolutely terrible , I placed an order 3 days ago…keep in mind it still says the order is being crafted. I canceled the order online then called them 15 times, no answer. This is my first time dealing with them and it will be my LAST. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
