I ordered a present for my friend. When it was out for delivery to her work, I learned she left her work early. I called the store, and they were able to re-deliver it the next day without any problems. They were very professional and accommodating. I greatly appreciated it!

It was an ok experience. I went to redeem my birthday reward. At first, I didn't think it would go through since the cleck said I was only supposed to get one item. After I explained the coupon and told him to get the manager, he then went in the back. He comes back out front and apologies and redeemed my entire coupon. It was a longer process with a bit of drama I wasn't expecting.
