They charge almost $15 for delivery… which would not be an issue if they delivered your order on time. I have been tracking my order all day because I live in another state and wanted to make sure my mother received her Mother’s Day gift. The tracking stated they were two stops away. Suddenly at the last minute the delivery update to tomorrow. I did not receive a call, text, or email regarding a change in delivery date.
From the recent visits, service was quick and the arrangements were delicious 😋 highly recommend!
The workers was rude
This place has horrible customer service, the reviews speak for themselves. This type of business will not last. My 3 year old daughter was not allowed to use the restroom, as a paying customer this is ridiculous.
It is my opinion that my order from this store of the Simply Edible Bouquet does not look anything like the arrangement that is displayed on the website. And, the strawberries are very small.
