Buyer Beware. This is what I ordered and this is what my guest got. Extremely disappointed!
If I could give this place -10 stars I would. To start I showed up at the store Monday at 9 AM door locked. No one inside despite their posted business hours being open at 9 AM on Monday. I submit an order call the next day the phone is picked up and put on hold. This is the response I received after making a complaint..."..... As stated in our previous reply if you do not agree with a companies delivery policies we would suggest taking your business else where. ..." And so I will.
Worst experience ever. I’m in the hospital and to thank the staff for such a wonderful job I decided to order them a basket from here. I placed an order that came up to $183+ 20 tip so $203 to ensure that my delivery gets out fast. So I looked at the tracking they provided and saw my arrangement hadn’t been started as yet @ 9:45am so I called the store. I inquired as to was going on.
