Worst experience ever. I’m in the hospital and to thank the staff for such a wonderful job I decided to order them a basket from here. I placed an order that came up to $183+ 20 tip so $203 to ensure that my delivery gets out fast. Quick delivery thank you !
I ordered 3 Balloons which were suppose to say Happy Father’s Day I spend 100 dollars. Not one of the Balloons said Happy Father’s Day. I had it delivered to my son. Basically it didn’t look like it was a Father’s Day gift because no where did it say it. I called the store and was told they ran out of Father’s Day Balloons so corporate told them to use Happy Face Balloons. They charge almost $15 for delivery… which would not be an issue if they delivered your order on time. I have been tracking my order all day because I live in another state and wanted to make sure my mother received her Mother’s Day gift. The tracking stated they were two stops away. Suddenly at the last minute the delivery update to tomorrow. I did not receive a call, text, or email regarding a change in delivery date.
From the recent visits, service was quick and the arrangements were delicious 😋 highly recommend!
