Let me just say—this Edible Arrangements location is TOP-TIER! Auntie at the counter was absolutely AMAZING. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and beautiful inside and out. She made the whole experience a joy! The product was fresh, delivery was on point, but the SERVICE? Whew! That deserves way more than 5 stars. 5 stars for the product and delivery, 20 stars for the service. I’ll definitely be back!

I ordered a small arrangement for an older friend of mine that had had surgery. When it arrived, she tried the fruit and decided it was inedible. She called the store and had them refund my money. Then, after she let it soften a bit, she tried it again and decided it was delicious. When I called the store to explain and get the cost resent to my credit card, they refused and said they understood. I could not have asked for a more gracious and helpful person. The balloons I ordered with the fruit arrangement were missing. I got a refund right away but the person I talked to didn't seem to really care. I was surprised considering how much I spent. First world problem, I know, but the balloons would have been a nice touch.
I called store #226 and spoke with Melinda. The person that I was sending an edible arrangement to was visiting at a different address for her birthday. Since the recipient was not going to be home to receive the gift, Melinda delivered it to the address that she was at at for her birthday! She went above and beyond to get the fruit arrangement delivered since I was calling from out of state ! She was very professional and helpful ! Thanks Melinda !!!
