I called & ordered a large chocolate dipped fruit tray, stuffed bear & balloon gift for my friend in the hospital. Marquea was absolutely wonderful to work with over the phone ! She was super friendly, knew all of her products well & had everything I requested delivered in record time ! I was shocked at how easy, FAST & accurate the whole process was ! I don't even want to give a 1 star! But, now I understand their 3 star rating. Horrible service/experience! Never again.....
UPDATE: On 2/19/25, I made a post on Facebook asking a local Chattanooga group on their advice to help me get my money back. The post was worded the same as my review below. On 2/20/25, the owner of the local edible arrangements location called me at around 11:30AM this morning. She informed me of her knowledge of my "disheartening and hurtful post" that was "bashing" her "small business" that her "girlfriends" advised her about.
