Very disappointed! I wanted to give my wife a special surprise and in the end had to cancel the order unless I pay a ridiculous $5 fee to reschedule delivery because they messed up the delivery in the first place. This was on top of ordering from the website and being called the day of to say that they didn't have that arrangement and had to change to a different arrangement.
