I’ve sent two messages thru your website and have still not been contacted again. I placed an order on Feb7 to deliver on Feb 14. Delivery was not made. I made multiple attempts to contact the store on the 14 and the line was busy each time so I sent a message through the website. I was contacted the morning of the 15th by Jasmine (sp?) who offered a discount and assured me the delivery would be made by noon on 15th.
