They guaranteed delivery by 10 for my daughters birthday. I called a week ahead to make sure this could be arranged. My daughter had to leave with a client at 11:00. The arrangement arrived at 11:30. She came back after work on a Friday afternoon to pick up a wilted pitiful looking arrangement. The company refused to replace the arrangement.

I was very pleased with the service. Being able to track my order was so much fun for me.. .. sadly, my husband wasn't impressed. Think he was embarrassed. I got to see everything and was thrilled!! All I got was, you got me a fruit basket. Oh well. Thanks tho.
