Bad service but yummy arrangement I ordered an arrangement for my mom for mother's day. The service wasn't great but the end result was great. The fruit was so good, I don't know if I would order from this particular store again though.

Corrected order – Valentine's day was crazy at Edible Arrangements. My order was not made properly and Amy was wonderful to personally correct the mistake. I ordered a box of three chocolate covered fruits and only received two different fruits. The strawberries were missing and of course that was the most important for Valentine's day! She made another arrangement of just strawberries which were not only beautifully decorated and delicious but she personally delivered them to me! Rip-off!!! Not worth the money! – I wanted to buy an arrangement for my mom on mothers day, I went into this location to see the sizes of the arrangements and to choose a fruit bouquet. I look through the book they showed me of choices and select one. They tell me it will be ready in 3 hours so I pay $60 for it and come back. When I pick it up the arrangement looks nothing like the picture, The bouquet was supposed to have strawberries, several pineapple hearts and grapes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! – I ordered a bouquet of chocolate dipped strawberries almost 2 weeks ago for Valentine's Day. First off, it was not delivered on Valentine's Day. The kicker, however, was when it finally did deliver the strawberries were molding. I tried to get a hold of this location during Valentine's day with no luck. WORST Service EVER!!!!!!!!! – We ordered some fruit arrangements for mother days. They could NOT make the deliver ON TIME and we tried to call the deliver guy several times (NEVER picked up the phone or return the calls). We call again late noon and they never made our deliver YET and they said they will deliver Our arrangements tomorrow. I ordered this arrangement on MOTHERS day NOT the day after mothers days.
