Great experience. When calling to order down to delivery. Driver Aquil was very awesome , great communication and didn't leave delivery location in situation was handled. No one was home at the time of delivery. And he was soo very patient and understanding.
All I can say is woooooowwww, BRITTANY and her manager are the BESSSST!! I called with less than a hour for a delivery window and Not Only did Brittany patiently AND expeditiously help me select from their inventory- she just ABSOLUTELY went above and beyond offering creative suggestions for my order! Can somebody PLEASE give her a raise? Or can we have her teach all of humanity how her personality and professionalism should be the template for all customer service relations?
