I was a walk in. The lady at the counter was very friendly and very knowledgeable about walk in options. They recommend calling ahead but was able to accommodate me. My wife loved the arrangement.

I paid $134 for my girlfriend's valentines day gift a week in advance of the delivery which should have given them plenty of time to get it correct. They sent the wrong thing. The real problem here is the poor communication. I left two voicemails asking them to call me back and a couple of online inquiries, but no one reached out to me and it's been longer than the '48 hour' timeframe. I will never buy from Edible Arrangements again. Customer service should be priority one. This location has affected the outcome of all their... read more
