I ordered an arrangement for my daughter on Monday 12/9. Called to confirm on Tuesday12/10. Called on Wednesday 12/11 to verify shipping time due to business hours only to have them BARELY make the cut off. When the arrangement arrived it wasn’t at all what I ordered and the balloons were flat! They sent me an email saying the delivery was unsuccessful when in reality, no one every showed up to even make a delivery. Then they called my friend and told her they would make the delivery later. This was a surprise. Which was ruined by terrible employees. I call the manager and she tells me the delivery driver tried to deliver and no one answered. There is 7 people at that house RIGHT NOW. Yum! Everything is delicious, especially if it's covered in chocolate.
i called at noon to inquire about the status of an order and they literally lied to me and told me it was out for delivery and would be arriving momentarily. 5 PM comes around and the business it was being delivered to closed and the intended recipient never received it. called the store the next day and the staff was god awful. worst customer service and professionalism i have EVER experienced. stay far, far away.
