Extremely unprofessional manager who literally hung up on me twice. The first time she hung up and put the phone on divert so I would receive the answering machine when I called back. The following day was the 2nd time she claimed it was a power outage(super convenient), also stated that the corporate office told her to stop making deliveries on Mother’s Day which is why my delivery wasn’t sent out. Ordered a fruit bouquet and popcorn to be delivered but I picked the wrong date. The company rectified my mistake and the order was received fresh and beautiful today! Happy birthday girl which makes me happy! Thanks for saving the day!
Your order will NOT be delivered and if you call to inquire, like I did, their customer service will be non-existent. They women hung up on me when I tried to find out why they never delivered it. Terrible!
The company is run by children that will get the same treatment in time for the way they treat customers. The owner is an idiot for hiring kids to run there franchise into the ground. It’s only a matter of time before the entire company loses there reputation. I will sit back destroy them on social media for disturbing my Sunday rest. Not bring any smiles here.
I placed an order two weeks prior to Valentine's Day. On the day of Valentine's Day, my recipients never got what was purchased. After waiting til around 5 PM I called the store listed in my email from the purchase. They sent me to the clearwater store. Clearwater never answered and never showed. No explanation. No phone call.
