No thanks. Placed an order a week ago for delivery today, called this morning to confirm the order and the number of balloons being sent with it (one came with it and I paid extra for three more). They confirmed, yes four balloons will be with the order. My daughter received the order and only three balloons.. For what you pay, and I called to confirm, I expect the order to be right.
