Worst customer service I have ever had with edible arrangements! Workers and manager is very rude, and has no type of training to deal with costumer service. How do you work for a business delivering gifts and be so miserable??
I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received at your store. The employees were rude and showed no patience toward customers. While I was in the middle of explaining that my order had not been delivered at the time I paid for, I was hung up on mid-sentence. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I expect better treatment and clear communication when addressing a valid concern. This experience has left me very unhappy and reluctant to shop here again.
Closed whenever you show up
I wish I didn’t have to order from this store. Didn’t give me a delivery time and when I called the store someone picked up very unprofessional and say delivery times are between 11 and 5. Worst customer service ever. After reading the reviews, I wish I would’ve chosen another store. Paid too much money to not know what time my delivery will arrive.
