I wish I didn’t have to order from this store. Didn’t give me a delivery time and when I called the store someone picked up very unprofessional and say delivery times are between 11 and 5. Worst customer service ever. After reading the reviews, I wish I would’ve chosen another store. Paid too much money to not know what time my delivery will arrive.

I went to this location to pick up an order my son purchased for me for Mothers Day!! Firstly, the associate did not provide a pleasant greeting upon entering the store. Secondly, she gave me an incomplete order. And I did not realize until I back home, 30 minutes away and spoke with my son that we realized the order was incomplete. I ordered Strawberries for Sunday delivery for my daughter’s 23rd birthday - a tradition for 5 years in a row, never missed. I attempted to contact this store Sunday at 9:00am to discuss delivery times when the perishable items could be delivered. The web site and the voice mail said the store opened at 9:00am.
