I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid $70 expecting a beautiful quality arrangement but the flowers looked like they came from the Dollar Tree. The fruit arrangement was even worse it was soggy, poorly put together, and honestly embarrassing to give as a gift. On top of that, the delivery was late, which completely ruined the surprise. I placed an order to be ready at 2pm. I arrived around 2:30pm. My order was no where to be found. I waited another 20 minutes for them to make my order and then the card and wrapping paper I requested wasn't given to me. The worst experience I have ever had. No apology no explanation. The strawberries were mushy. I placed a complaint no response as of yet. I will never come to this location again!!!!
Worst experience ever. I ordered 2 arrangements to be delivered and only received one. Called the store for 2 straight days with no answer because I was in NY for business. Finally went to the store and the employee and “so called manager” were beyond rude. Not one person offered an apology for the error. I would honestly give them zero stars if I could. First, let me ask, why is this store even open?why are orders still being sent to this store? I placed an order Sunday, February 15 for same-day delivery I only ordered two items that was going to the same location but was charged two delivery fees for 9.99 that’s besides the point I placed my order which I ordered six mixed berries and a mini cake with berries.
