I placed an order for Father’s Day about two days ago at 10 PM. I received my strawberries today and they are the complete opposite from what is on the website. I’m extremely disappointed and upset that I’ve spent $60 on something that looks like I’ve could’ve made it home I will definitely not shop at edible arrangements any further and honestly would like a refund. Called in to order a dozen apple donuts. This used to be offered on the website but is not something that can be ordered unless you call in. I called in the order and described what I needed and referred to a 6 piece sports shaped apple donut set that is visible on the website. When my husband arrived to pick up his Father’s Day order we received a fruit arrangement with ONE apple donut. This is not what was communicated via phone when I PAID to place my order.
