Wonderful visit with Dr Sto-Cora. Was very thorough in his explanation of my health.
Parking is bad, especially when backed up running late ...
He explains everything very well.
Timely quality service
Waiting time is often 3hours. Floors are filthy and I won’t mention restrooms. My mother has been seeing him for 8 years. No improvement. Often nurses are the ones answering questions and apologizing for him. He rushes from patients to patient. Could not b reach from surgery recovery even by hospital staff after repeated messages. Dismissed elderly patients, but very interested in daughters personal life. Does not take time to listen and walks out the room talking without saying goodbye.
Consistently LATE, Even for outpatient hospital procedures, with NO regards to his patients, OR Hospital Staff. Extreme wait times for office visits also 7-5 hours. Disrespectful attitude towards patients & his English is not understandable. Questions & diagnosis not answered. No compassion & terrible bedside manner. Used terms like "Boom-Boom" for heart terms, NOT PROFESSIONAL.
