Tom and the EDI Team did a spectacular job in getting my Morgan Sports Car from London to Brisbane. The car changed ships 3 times without incident. Great communications regularly. Sorted some complex AU Gov entry requirements for me re Car's VIN number and EDI's Customer Service was 5 STAR. Thoroughly recommended for a great experience. Cheers Bob Bishop
What a great TEAM to work with. There explanations , clear , simple and correct .I''m old school . Ya ring em , they answer the phone . Any one in there office will answer any question , instantly . You can even speak to the Bloke that owns the company , Tom . Thats pretty rare these days . Very comforting when you have two 40 ft containers of your own personal items being shipped from New York to Brisbane. How could anyone even think of using any other Company . Thank you EDI
I appreciate the response but my other review is a simple & accurate representation of dealing with EDI, since you can’t just accept it and assume that it’s over a car and not EDIs service I will outline why I gave a 1 star. First let me clear up that in the end I was the one that chose to stop working with EDI cause it was a messy and fustrating experience, I thought it was still possible to import the car based on the information your people were giving me just didn’t want to continue with EDI.
