Very incompetent team and company.We ahve no access to patient benefits of claim submisions. Level 2 support is non existant. The awnser is do not worry. How am I suppose to not worry when we hve no access for our patients? This is the error message we get and they haen't done anyting to fix it for over a month. "This user (XXXXXXX) was removed from the DentalXChange account it was associated with. Please contact us for assistance to reconnect you to your account." Be your own judge how credible this team is.
We have used this clearinghouse for about 4+ years and don’t plan to change. Greatest decision ever !
