Have been working with DentalXChange for the past several months since the Change Healthcare cyberattack. What I like most about them is how responsive they are with communication. When they had a data center power outage a couple weeks ago, we received notice of the issue, and estimated resolution time within the hour. Day-to-day what few problems we have had, they've always tackled them quickly and made sure to follow up on preventative measures to make sure they don't happen again
