Cockroaches living there have more dignity than the management and staff members combined. All these people care about is money money and money. They will charge you unnecessarily when you will leave the apartment. If you want to meet the most inhumane management, go live there. Worst experience ever.
Honest experience 2022 first half year. We broke lease due to buying own house. We completed all formalities and informed before 2 months. We had been informed from their office we don’t need to find anyone for rent as the property is now handled under staff and they are not putting on rent (we stayed till 29th june 2022). After 2 months of moving out, they send us email asking 15 days of rent for july 2022 saying they found another tenant after 15 days .
