STAY AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY! Management is on-site five days a week from 10am to 3pm except Wednesdays when they're "training" and it's a burden for you to attempt to do your business with them. Amenities include broken poches, trash on top of every car port, glass in the parking lots, and of course, trash in every yard too. Worst place to live.... BEWARE Over a year of living here I've had my a/c break multiple times (even one day after it was supposedly fixed), my freezer has broken, my garbage disposal has cracked, electrical problems and they even left my refrigerator broken for a whole week!!!! Maintenance is very slow when it comes to fixing things and also very rude. Once maintenance finally came to look at my refrigerator, they left my doors unlocked while I was gone. Edgewood villas They have nice housing and have nice people at the office
Edgewood Villas I love living here at Edgewood Villas. It may be loud at times late at night but the townhomes are very nice, very spacious. You can have your pet and no restrictions on the breed of dog. It's close to stores and restaurants. It's right on the bus line too!! The rent is very reasonable. The landlord is very nice and reasonable. If something breaks they put in the order to fix it right then and there. I have seen some amazing wildlife here too! Edgewood Villas is a great place to live :)
Edgewood Villas I love living at Edgewood Villas. The townhomes are very nice, spacious and the rent is reasonable. You can have your pet and there's no restrictions on breed, if you have a dog. The landlord is very nice and reasonable. If something is broken, they put the fix it request in right away. The townhomes are right on the bus line and close to shops and restaurants. There's some interesting wildlife here too! :)
edgwood villas M y family and I moved into edgwood villas about 2 months ago I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews I found online but after talking to the amazing staff and having a look around the complex we decided to proceed with the aplaction process there was some paperwork we did not fill out correctly and had to come back in to correct but they were very accommodating to our work schedules they even offered to stay late so my husband could come in and sign some papers once we moved in the neighbors... read more
Great Customer Service Since we moved in on July 1st of this year the staff has been wonderful! Everyone is very helpful and they are very focused on keeping residents happy. The maintenance guys are always curtious and helpful as well.

Edgewood Villas I love living at Edgewood Villas. The townhomes are very nice, spacious and reasonably priced. It may be a little loud late at night sometimes but it's mostly quiet. The landlord is nice and very reasonable. The townhomes are right on the bus route and close to stores and restaurants. You can have your pet here with no restrictions on the breed of your dog, if you have one. If something breaks they put in the fix it order right away. There is some amazing wildlife here too!! I love it here.
