I had spoke to someone on the phone the other day, I wanted to see if they had an apartment for the following week, and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude I do believe her name was shara.so my whole thing is how are you going to get tenteds with bad customer service? If you can't even speak on the phone why would I want to stay here or even apply.
Trying to renew your lease is a nightmare. We've submitted all our paperwork repeatedly and yet still got a notice of lease termination based on non-receipt of renewal paperwork. The notice came on a Saturday and gives 24 hours to respond. The office isn't even open Saturday or Sunday, and the hours are kept so short on weekdays that it is almost impossible to get in to see the office personnel.
