RecommendedWe have driven from Tacoma for several years to see Dr. Joe at Edgewood Vet. The staff is kind, compassionate and caring. They are well worth the drive and we know that no matter who we see they will get the best care possible!
Our family has been going to Edgewood Vet for about 19 1/2 years. The first time we ever walked in the door was when our dog all of sudden could not walk. I had no idea where to take him and a friend said call Edgewood Vet. They got us in immediately and we found out our poor pup was full of cancer. They were so kind and supportive. We have had 3 dogs since then as well as a grand dog that all are seen by Dr. Vicki or Dr. Joe. They took great care of my buddy Russ. After calling multiple clinics, Edgewood was the only one that would squeeze me in. It was obvious that they where busy, but im so greatful for their professionalism and hospitality. Russ is back to himself and keeping this old man young. Thank you guys so much!

Just wanted to inform our community of a business that is less than professional. I took my very ill dog into Edgewood Veterinary on 9/10. Not only did they not have any idea what was wrong with her, they rushed me through because it was closing time, and I could hear many rude comments about customers and their pets (not only mine) coming from the staff while I waited in a room. These snide remarks included talking about scheduling follow up visits as well. I was shocked to hear the staff talking like that. I guess they don... read more
I personally did not have a good experience... they didn’t show my animal any love or anything and made me feel like it was all a big money game for them. I won’t be returning and will going back to my usual vet. Sad was excited to have someone so close to my home.. not to mention the receptionist or whomever was in front was definitely not the friendliest to say the least.
We have taken our 14 year old girls, Daisy & Minnie, here a few times in the past 8 months and we already LOVE Dr. Vicki. She is down-to-earth and fun, but also kind and understands how much pet parents love their fur babies. We had to make the very difficult decision to have our sweet Daisy put down three weeks ago at EVC, and it was so incredibly hard; many tears and heartache still every day missing her. best service and care for my animals hands down.
We took our 13 year old sweet, scaredy-cat, Daisy, here a couple days ago for a deep teeth cleaning (she was having pain chewing). Edgewood Veterinary Clinic took such good care of her. My husband said they were very kind and understanding. Being that Daisy (and her sister) are 13 1/2, we were very concerned about the anesthesia, but she was just fine. We appreciate the love and kindness shown to her as she’s our baby. Thank you!♥️
The dogtors, techs, and everyone else in that clinic are amazing! They’ve treated my pup like she was their own and have answered all of my questions whenever I have called! I am so thankful for this place! 10/10 would recommend!
