The officer manager in charge of renting these apartment/townhomes, Raven, is incredibly unprofessional and rude. My income was off by $100 and they refused to rent it to me when I was willing to pay six months rent, sent them bank statements, savings account statements, etc. I asked them repeatedly to call me back and never once did they call me back. They refused to check my excellent credit score, didn’t look into my rental history of seven years, and didn’t contact my references. Beware they’re not using your application... read more
