we have owned a mobile home here for five years and family owned it before then. As long as you pay your lot rent and take care of your home, it's a great place to live. The Managers do not bug you about little things all the time. It's very quiet and is an easy place to call home. Any time I have had a problem, Melanie and Jim have been there to help me. This place is a hell hole. I've lived here a couple years and cant wait to move. The managers Melanie & Jim do not know what they are doing. I've lost count of how many times the water has been shut off for hours or even days without any warning. This park is filthy and disgusting. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
