we have owned a mobile home here for five years and family owned it before then. As long as you pay your lot rent and take care of your home, it's a great place to live. The Managers do not bug you about little things all the time. It's very quiet and is an easy place to call home. Any time I have had a problem, Melanie and Jim have been there to help me. I ve lived here for 2 years and would give it zero stars if I could. This park is always littered with trash, and is run down. On the rare occasion any work gets done around here, the managers/owners are too cheap to hire a professional- they use the maintenance guy who lives here for everything even though he doesn t really know what he s doing. This place is a hell hole. I've lived here a couple years and cant wait to move. The managers Melanie & Jim do not know what they are doing. I've lost count of how many times the water has been shut off for hours or even days without any warning. This park is filthy and disgusting. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
i have lived in edgewood terrace for more than 12 years... The maint. Guy out here on aug. 20 2012 was mowing the grass... As he got closer to the street, the riding mower began throwing chunks of blacktop, and pea gravel... That debris chipped the front window of my mobile home... Gravel was thrown all over my car, and my wife, who was outside at the time... The maint. Guy said he was sorry, but i don t believe him... This m/f is going down...
