This is a 20+ year old building, that not only needs a lot of work at it's foundation, but also needs a lot of work concerning it's staffing and management. Earlier this year, 2022, my neighbor across from me had had to deal with backed-up sewage in her bathroom overflowing onto her floor. She has 5 kids, maintenance was not prompt on responding to the crisis. She had to rectify the situation the best she could herself. 3/14/2017 Current Tenant (Month-to-Month) Poor response time in regards to maintenance request or issues being fixed on their properties. This coming Friday 3/17/2017 will be exactly 3 weeks since I informed them of a serious issue. Whenever I go to run the bath water to take the first shower of the day be it Morning or Night. I have Ants coming out the Bathtub Faucet. I've seen up to 5-8 ants easily. Pretty disgusting if you ask me. I have to let the water run for 1-2minutes before I can take a shower.
