ZERO communication, no integrity, does Not value its resident. I have been living here at The Crossings at Hamilton Station, Edgewood Properties for more than 5 years and I have paid my rent on time. I have never experienced such unprofessional service and indifference to its resident than at this apartment. I was emailed and notified of my Pre-Move Out Inspection for 10 June from 11 am to 3 pm. They did not pay my deposit back even though house left clean and brand new. They charged extra with nonsense. The management is full of horrible people! I do not recommend renting apartments in this complex.
I have been a resident for 3.5 years finishing out my 4th year here in Hamilton. I want to say the first 2.5 -3 years were wonderful. This last year, and most importantly this summer, the management company has been the worst experience I have ever encountered. Zero accountability, zero effort, and best of all have the audacity to blame it on a "new" third party management company they started to outsource to for the pool, BBQ area, and upkeep of the buildings.
