This place never keeps a manager due to corporate. They got rid of the best one we’ve had just to get another for not even 30 days. This company “Everest Equities” is so horrible. They will not pay to even get the grass maintained much less all the roofing issues. This place is a joke and one phone call away from being shut down by the state of Louisiana. Do NOT move here.
I have lived here for 13 years. I have seen so many 'new' managers it's ridiculous. I've been in this unit since after the 2016 flood. There are things that have needed to be fixed since I moved in here that still have not been fixed. My kitchen light has not been working. I had to buy a shop light so I could see somewhat to cook. I have mold and a leak in my laundry room ceiling. My stove burnt up. Terrible place to live u got one worker that's a peeping tom. Didn't fix anything in here one manager playing dumb every time u talk to her terrible terrible terrible place to live. An it more that happen also.
