best apartment ive ever been in. very clean, low crime.
El complejo es muy bonito y central. Pero realmente es costoso, se supone que mi renta para un apartamento de 2 habitaciones y 1 baño sería de de 1570 y al segundo mes me sumaron 120 más por unas tarifas de gas comunal, agua, alcantarillado y basura que según es de acuerdo a la cantidad que habita el apartamento, en mi caso somos solamente 2 adultos y un bebé de 5 meses así que me parece que 43 de alcantarillado es un costo alto, cobran gas y electricidad en área común también y de 1570 pasamos a casi 1700 y adicional el ser... read more
Hi, my name is christina johnson. I live at Edgewood Apartments and I just wanted to really acknowledge the new management. We have here is excellent. I recently had surgery and my water heater broke and I just want to Thank them for the rapid attention Samantha gave to fix the Water heater in my apartment , she’s gone out of her way to make me feel everything is going to be OK. Thank you so much again to Samantha And the maintenance team Has made me feel at home, making a huge change in the community.
Maintenance is great in these trying times and the office manager is amazing. There’s a small issue with big dog owners not picking up after their dogs, however management has been taking action. They’re always improving and it’s great!!
